The MHCA is the recognized voice of the heavy construction industry in Manitoba, promoting sustainable investment in core infrastructure – highways, streets, bridges, sewer & water and water-control structures – to support economic growth benefiting our province and country in a manner consistent with the broad public interest.Established in 1943, the MHCA represents approximately 400 members, including contractors, suppliers and associated financial and bonding companies.
