We offer psychotherapy services to people struggling with mental health challenges such as Borderline Personality Disorder, PTSD, Anxiety, Depression, Bereavement, Chronic Pain, managing high Stress levels and regulating emotions.We utilize evidence based approaches, such as Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Somatic Experiencing, Mindfulness, EFT, NLP and Timeline Therapy, Exposure Therapy, Psychodynamic and Attachment approaches.Both of our offices are very conveniently located walking distance from University of Guelph.We work with young adult and adult population.We offer in-person or secure encrypted virtual long distance sessions.
