The Dirty Seahorse was born when we soon realized that we could not get proper fitting workwear when my daughter entered the trades. What I thought was an isolated incident turned out to be a huge problem for women in the trades.So We decided we were going to change an entire industry.I had Chantel measured from head to toe to create a female profile, asked women what they wanted and needed in their workwear .We involved women in trades from various industries and they helped every step of the way building this company out. Took it to a team of female designers who understand the female body here in Canada and had women test it from various trade backgrounds for functionality, modility and safety. We used women in trades for models, photography and help building out the brand. The Dirty Seahorse is reknown for its innovation and is found referred to as the thoughtfully made brand!
