We'll respond with a fair, fixed fee — no back-and-forth, no surprises.Engagement letter Once you decide to proceed, we send a signed engagement letter outlining scope, fee, deliverables, and timeline. A signed letter and deposit confirm the assignment, and we start work immediately.Property inspection Our appraiser visits the property in person — measuring, photographing, and noting condition, layout, finishes, and any features that affect value. We coordinate access with you or your designated contact and work around your schedule.Research and analysis This is the bulk of the work.
